Whilst using MySwiftStore.com you may not:

  • Sell goods or services on our sites if you are under the age of 18
  • Post/sell any counterfeit/illegal items, infringe copyright, trade marks, or the rights of any thirds parties
  • Breach any laws including theft, handling stolen goods, liable, defamation, breach of personal privacy laws
  • Manipulate our fee structure
  • Sell any goods/services listed in our prohibited goods/services section Smartcube reserves the right to update the list of prohibited goods/services section on an ongoing basis and it is up to you the customer to comply with this up to date list

Fee Structure/Payment

  • The system is free to use for 1 month after this period has expired a payment option must be selected
  • Fees are payable at month end in arrears, to include monthly fixed charge and % of net Sales (excluding P & P and Vat) depending on chosen plan
  • Fees will be levied by the method chosen by the customer
  • In the event of failure to pay any fees due we reserve the right to immediately suspend any services until such time as overdue payment(s) have been paid
  • We may change our fee structure upon 28 days notice
  • Smartcube is not responsible for any payment failure/fraud undertaken by any of our customers clients, including such events as client charge backs, use of stolen Cards etc.
  • Smartcube is not responsible for any financial loss of any nature to our customers

General Conditions

  • We can terminate our services within 28 days notice or immediately in the event of breach of the T & C’s or if we feel illegal activity is being pursued on any of our sites
  • Although we will endeavour to fully protect and backup all data we are not responsible in the event of the loss of any data and any financial consequences that that may ensue.
  • We will endeavour to provide 24/7 uptime however we are not responsible for any service interruptions whether caused by ourselves or any third party
  • All items sold on our sites solely involve a contract between our Client (seller /organisation) and their customers (buyers). No contract whatsoever will exist between and user purchasing items on our sites and Smartcube
  • We are not responsible for the delivery/return of any items sold
  • We are not responsible for faulty goods, guarantees
  • We not responsible for any interaction/dispute between organisation and their customers
  • Although we will continually monitor content on our sites we are not responsible for any content posted on our sites by our customers and any consequences that may ensue from such postings
  • If we feel a site is being used for any other purpose than its intended purpose (i.e. the active sale of goods & services) we reserve the right to immediately suspend the site
  • You can cancel our service with 28 days notice
