How do I get paid?

You will get paid directly into your WireCard Merchant Account less our commission. WireCard will provide you with a detailed monthly statement.

How will I know when a customer has bought something?

The system will send you an email and it will appear on new orders when you log into the system.

What options do I have for delivery charges?

The system offers three ways to charge for delivery:

  • Per Item
  • Per Order
  • Order Amount bands

All three of these options allow for different rates to be set for national and international rates.

How do I setup my online store?

Setting up your online store is simple ! Just select the 'Get Started" button on the home page and follow the wizard which will guide you through the initial setup of your store. Be careful picking your storename as this will become your web domain name (e.g. mystorename.myswiftstore.com) This can be changed later or you can also purchase another domain name e.g. www.mystorename.com and point it to your swiftstore site.

How do I select/obtain a web address?

After uploading some of my images are distorted, why is this?

As part of the upload process we manipulate your images in order to reduce the space you use (so you can have more products without changing plan). In order to keep your images consistent we would recommend that all images are as square as possible (i.e. roughly the same height and width). We would also recommend that your main product images are the same size in order to have a consistent look on your site.

What size of images should I use?

We suggest that you take a good quality image of a size 600 x 600 or greater. We then resize this image to fit our pages. Please refrain from uploading images in a letterbox format i.e. width and short in height, as these can be awkward to resize in portrait style and can lead to unexpected results. You are better to use either square images or portrait style i.e. taller than wide.

How is my site set up for SEO?

We have designed the system to be SEO friendly, for example your site will have tidy urls, i.e. your pages wont end in .html, .aspx etc. The system is also set up so that your product titles will be in the title of the page – this helps with SEO.

Can I integrate Google Analytics?

Yes and we would recommend it as it will help with SEO.
